Thank God It’s Friday, right?! When you think of the weekend you think of time for movies, kids sports and relaxing with friends and family. But for many professionals, the weekend often turns into a “work end” to catch up with the projects that didn’t get finished during the work week. Working through the weekend once in a while is fine, but developing a pattern of all work and no play puts you on the path to burnout. Relax. Sleep. Exercise. Work less. You’ll get more done!
